Alice Paniccia

I was born and raised in Venice, where water has always been a natural element of life. Growing up surrounded by boats, I developed a deep connection to the maritime world from an early age, which shaped my passion for the yachting industry.

I studied Business Administration and Management at Bocconi University in Milan, where I refined my analytical and strategic skills. After gaining several years of experience in public relations within the luxury sector, I joined Sand People Communication in 2016. Over time, I managed various clients, helping them enhance their visibility and strengthen their presence through tailored press strategies. In 2022, I became General Manager of the agency, a role that allows me to combine my lifelong passion for boating with the expertise I’ve developed in business management and PR.

As General Manager, I lead the strategic direction for all clients in our portfolio and I oversee the agency’s administrative side. I manage the onboarding of new clients, supervise the team’s work, evaluate press clippings to ensure maximum value and address day-to-day challenges to keep our operations running smoothly.

If I’m not strategizing for our clients or navigating the complexities of PR, you’ll likely find me near/in the water. After all, it’s in my DNA!
